John Mallory To Head Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management In The Americas

John Mallory has been appointed head of Goldman Sachs' Private Wealth Management business in the Americas, Goldman Sachs announced Monday.

In his new role, Mallory will be responsible for driving growth and overseeing the expansion of the business and its network of private wealth management teams across 14 offices in the US and Latin America.

He will continue to oversee Private Wealth Management’s institutional client business, which provides outsourced chief investment officer solutions for foundations, endowments and other non-profit organizations.   

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management works with high-net-worth individuals, families and select foundations and endowments to develop wealth and investment management strategies. It is part of the firm’s Investment Management Division, which oversees about $1.5 trillion for its clients.

Mallory previously served as head of the Investment Management Division West Region, overseeing the Goldman Sachs Private Wealth business in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle.
