U.S. Trust Hires Two To Expand Services To Non-Profits

New York-based U.S. Trust has hired two executives as part of an expansion of its services for non-profits, particularly endowments and foundations.

The firm adds Adriane Russo as vice president, RFP specialist, in U.S. Trust’s Philanthropic Solutions RFP Team. Russo, who previously served in various marketing, communications and business development roles for Morgan Stanley, will be based in the Wilmington, Del. office.

Terry Hillhas joins U.S. Trust in the newly created position of nonprofit institutional sales director, based in Chicago. Hillhas joins U.S. Trust from Hirtle Callaghan, where he represented the firm in the Midwest region.

U.S. Trust is a subsidiary of Bank of America Wealth Management.
