Kate Phelan has been named trust relationship manager for The Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank in the greater Los Angeles area. Phelan provides personalized service of trusts and estates to individual clients. She also supports accounts for corporations and non-profit organizations. Previously, Phelan supported clients as an estate planning and trust administration attorney in the Phoenix metro area.
