New Firm For UHNW Joins Raymond James

Requisite Capital Management, a newly created firm in Dallas and Houston, is joining Raymond James Investment Advisor Division as a custodial partner, Raymond James President Bill Van announced Wednesday.

The firm was founded by Douglas John and Bryn Basiardanes Talkington, both of whom were previously with UBS, to serve ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Requisite Capital, a hybrid firm, is using FallLine Securities as its broker-dealer and private wealth management services provider. FallLine, based in Darien, Conn., is designed exclusively for independent private wealth advisors serving ultra-high-net-worth clients.

At UBS, John was a managing director and advised on approximately $1 billion of client assets and Talkington was a regional director at UBS Asset Management.
