Baird has added The Gollier, Henning & Waters Group to its Kansas City office. The veteran financial advisor team is joining from Wells Fargo and includes Frederick Gollier as director; Michael “Hamp” Henning as vice president and Christopher Waters as vice president. Henning was also named branch manager of the Kansas City office.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Gollier worked at George K. Baum & Co. and the former Blyth, Eastman, Dillon & Co. He began his career at AG Edwards.
Henning began his career at AG Edwards before moving to Wachovia and staying through the merger with Wells Fargo in 2007.
Waters previously worked at Oppenheimer & Co., Stifel Nicolaus and George K. Baum & Co. He began his career with the former Paine Webber brokerage firm.
Baird has also named industry veteran Carl Chaput as director and branch manager of its Reston, Va., wealth management office. The office includes 20 wealth management professionals. Chaput joins Baird from UBS Financial Services, where he most recently served as complex director for the state of Virginia. He began his career as a financial advisor with the former Dean Witter Reynolds Securities before becoming an assistant branch manager in one of Morgan Stanley’s Boston offices.
